Charlie McMann
I am a new facilitator this year (2025/26), having worked for Manor Multi Academy Trust for over ten years, initially as a teacher, assistant headteacher then deputy headteacher. My experience is within primary school settings, across all phases, with a special interest in maths, personal development, neurodiversity in children and history. I have now begun to facilitate across the Early Career Teacher Induction Programme, as well as worked with a number of ECTs over the years, supporting them to develop their knowledge and skills in a relatable way that allows them to feel they can ask questions and dig deeper into their current practice and reflect.

Early Career Framework

We have provided statutory AB services to schools over many years. From September 2024 only Teaching School Hubs will provide AB services for schools in their area.
