We utilise Ambition Institute programmes which support the ECT and their mentor with face-to-face and online learning complementing regular in-school observations and coaching.

We provide a wide range of specialist and leadership NPQs which commence in both October and February. We consistently receive excellent feedback regarding the skills and expertise of our facilitators and the Ambition online learning they also experience.

Mentor Conference 2 today was a valuable opportunity to explore how we can adapt the coaching model to better support our ECTs. It was great to engage in purposeful professional dialogue, sharing insights that make a real difference.
